Felipe Rodriguez

Christine obtained a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Florida International University (FIU), where she also participated and assisted with Myers-Briggs research studies of accounting students. She’s also completed graduate studies in Forensic Accounting at Southern New Hampshire University, where she was selected to participate in the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s Virtual Experience program.

Felipe has been in the industry for over 14 years and worked for large healthcare companies as well as startups. In the course of his career he has led teams of engineers and software developers across the country and internationally, most recently as CTO of a software development company focused in contact centers. As a visionary in the space of contact center technology, he is actively involved in the industry and has participated as a speaker at trade shows and organizations like SOCAP.

Felipe holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from Florida International University and received his Master’s in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University. He also holds multiple technical certifications including: CPHIMS, ITIL and GCIH.
