Gary Antigua

Gary Antigua has extensive experience in training and operations management across various organizations. Currently serving as an Account Executive and previously holding roles such as Senior Operations Manager and Corporate Trainer at Inktel Contact Center Solutions since October 2019, Gary has focused on developing and updating training programs for newly hired agents. Prior to this, Gary worked at Molina Healthcare from December 2016 to October 2019 as a Learning Facilitator and Member Services Supervisor, where responsibilities included training and curriculum development for the Member Services Contact Center. Earlier experience includes roles at People Assisting The Homeless (PATH), JVSLA, and Labor Finders, showcasing a strong background in program management, client engagement, and operational support. Gary holds an education from Andrews University, completed between 2001 and 2003.
