Geysa Alvarez

Geysa Alvarez, MBA, has served as a Business Development Manager at Inktel Contact Center Solutions since June 2019. Prior to this role, Geysa held the position of Marketing & Business Development Assistant at MPS Credit Union from May 2015 to June 2019, where responsibilities included supporting the VP of Marketing in projects focused on profit maximization and developing marketing strategies. Additionally, Geysa was a temporary Youth Director at Primera Iglesia Bautista Hispana de Hialeah from 2012 to 2015, overseeing youth programs and planning community outreach during a transitional period. Geysa obtained a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from Nova Southeastern University (2016-2018) and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Supervision and Management from Miami Dade College (2010-2015).
