Ryan Nuñez has a diverse background in customer service and leadership, with experience spanning various roles in multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Team Lead at Inktel Contact Center Solutions since October 2020, Ryan oversees the performance of over 40 Customer Service Representatives for the account of William-Sonoma, Inc. Previously, Ryan held positions as a Customer Service Representative at both Inktel and Kforce Inc, where responsibilities included managing inbound customer calls and resolving issues related to product orders. Prior experience includes roles as a Supervisor and Store Clerk at Wash Depot Holdings, and various positions in the food service industry, including Server at Longhorn Steakhouse and Host at Millers Ale House. Ryan possesses an Associate’s Degree in Graphic Design from Miami Dade College and has a foundation in graphic design education from Miami Lakes Educational Center.
