Rob Manoughian

Rob Manoughian has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Rob currently works as a Site Reliability Engineer at INKY Technology since March 2020. Previously, they were a Team Lead, Systems Engineer at accesso from August 2018 to March 2020, where they maintained the uptime, availability, and security of Linux servers across multiple data centers. Rob also integrated and automated platform support and maintenance activities using CI/CD tools and analyzed automation processes and tooling for accesso's AWS environment.

Prior to that, Rob worked at Aspect Software as a Principal Cloud Security Engineer from July 2013 to July 2018, where they managed employee staffing/rotation and developed strategic business processes for the Aspect Services/Security Operations Center (SSOC). Rob also had experience working as a Site Reliability Engineer at Google from April 2011 to June 2013, contributing to ongoing process improvement activities and analyzing and recommending solutions to meet business objectives.

Rob's earlier experience includes working at ITA Software by Google as a Systems Engineer from January 2006 to April 2011, where they documented design specifications and implemented testing and support activities. Rob also worked at Genuity / GTE Internetworking as an Associate Network Engineer from July 2000 to October 2003, where they configured new equipment, installed devices on-site, and provided WAN/LAN support.
