Lydia Kamande

Lydia Kamande is a seasoned professional in sales and strategy, with significant experience across various roles in the technology and financial sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Inlaks, Lydia focuses on digital solutions sales and strategy for East Africa. Prior to this, Lydia held the position of Senior Consultant at Tookitaki, leading sales and strategy for financial risk solutions across Africa. At NetGuardians, Lydia was instrumental as a Channel Sales Manager, developing channel strategies and partner recruitment initiatives across East, West, and Southern Africa. Lydia's early career at IBM included roles such as Channel Sales and Contract Manager, where sales management and partner enablement were key responsibilities, alongside positions in human resource learning management and innovation centre coordination. With a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Mt. Kenya University, Lydia’s expertise has significantly contributed to the growth and success of organizations across the region.
