Josh Minkin

Before joining Colliers International in 2017, Josh owned his own boutique real estate firm, Alpine Commercial. Prior to owning Alpine Commercial, he served as Vice President at CB Richard Ellis, Inc. for seven years.

Josh specializes in commercial real estate, helping buyers/tenants and tenants/landlords reach their real estate goals. He focuses on tenant representation, site selection analysis, multi-store rollouts, shopping center leasing, disposition and ground-up development. In addition, Josh offers consulting services, helping clients work with other third-party vendors.As a Wisconsin native, Josh understands trends specific to the area. He maintains strong relationships with local and national clients and is recognized for his attention to detail, strong work ethic and quality customer service.
