dSean specializes in retail real estate with over 18 years of experience. He has been responsible for training and recruiting over 75 brokers in the marketplace.

Sean has served as a broker for numerous national and institutional transactions. His background includes everything from development due diligence to retail investment sales. Sean’s vast background makes the sale, leasing and development lifecycle a smooth process for his clients. He is consistently a top producer and a leader/mentor internally for the retail brokerage division.

Currently, Sean manages the Colliers | Wisconsin Retail team taking it from a one person department to seven retail brokers. His leadership and expertise has helped to expand Colliers presence throughout the state of Wisconsin.

Sean’s areas of expertise include; tenant representation, land sales, outlot development, sales and leasing, retail sales and leasing and retail shopping center developments.

Most recently, Sean has served as the Team Manager for Mattress Firm of WI. Mattress Firm entered the market needing a single point of accountability for their market expansion and felt Sean was a perfect fit. He assembled and manages a team responsible for site selections, legal, construction, lease administration, signs and due diligence. Within two years they have been responsible for a store rollout of 38 units.
