Marty Cihigoyenetche

Marty Cihigoyenetche currently serves as General Counsel for Inland Empire Utilities Agency since April 2024. Prior to this role, Marty held the position of Associate Attorney at The JC Law Firm from June 2016 to April 2024 and at Cihigoyenetche, Grossberg & Clouse from November 2013 to June 2016. Additionally, Marty worked as a Certified Mediator at Riverside Superior Court from January 2013 to May 2013. Academically, Marty earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Chapman University, School of Law between 2010 and 2013, following a Bachelor of Arts in English from UC Santa Barbara, obtained in 2009.
