Jerry Kyriazis

Jerry Kyriazis, CPA, MBA has extensive work experience in the finance and accounting field. Jerry most recently served as the Director of Portfolio Finance at Inland Real Estate Investment Corporation. Prior to that, they worked at Citadel LLC as the Director of Financial Reporting and Accounting Policy. Jerry was responsible for ensuring compliance with accounting policies and financial reporting for the company's investment companies, broker dealer entities, and corporate management entities. Before that, Jerry was the Chief Accounting Officer at Trizec Properties, where they oversaw all aspects of accounting and financial reporting for the real estate investment trust. Jerry also worked as the Chief Financial Officer at The Rise Group, a start-up professional services firm specializing in construction project management. In addition, Jerry served as the Vice President, Controller at LaSalle Hotel Properties, where they built the accounting and financial reporting department and played a key role in debt financings and property acquisitions. Earlier in their career, they worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Business Assurance Manager, serving various clients in the real estate industry.

Jerry Kyriazis, CPA, MBA completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from Northern Illinois University, which they attended from 1986 to 1990. Jerry then pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with an emphasis on Finance, Real Estate, and Organizational Behavior from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, which they completed between 1998 and 2000.
