Ryan Poe

Ryan Poe is an experienced asset management analyst currently employed at Inland Real Estate Investment Corporation since June 2018. With a dual role as a rental property assistant manager and tenant relations specialist at PPH Homes, LLC, since May 2015, Ryan has actively participated in property maintenance and tenant communications. Prior experience includes a real estate internship at Webster Associates, where Ryan contributed to the appraisal process, and customer service roles at Berkot's Super Foods and Albertsons Companies, which helped develop valuable time management and communication skills. Ryan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, graduating in 2018 as a James Scholar.
