Kurtis Franklin

Kurtis Franklin, MBA, CAPM, currently serves as the Director of IT and Administrative Services at Inland Regional Center, since October 2014, after progressing through roles including Information Technology Manager. Prior experience includes positions as IT Systems and Infrastructure Administrator at the Housing Authority of the County of San Bernardino and Information Services Coordinator at the City of Victorville. Kurtis has also held roles as Systems Consultant and Information Services Technician at Simtech Data Services, Inc. and the City of Victorville, respectively. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Cyber Security and a BS in Business Administration with a focus on Information Assurance and Security Management, both from California State University-San Bernardino.
