Hui Ling Quek

Hui Ling Quek is a Chief Legal Officer at the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) with a wealth of experience in various legal positions within the Law Division and Corporate Tax Division. Prior to IRAS, Hui Ling Quek served as a Deputy Senior State Counsel at the Attorney-General's Chambers in Singapore and also gained experience at Pump Court Tax Chambers and HM Revenue & Customs. Hui Ling Quek holds a Master of Laws in International Taxation from New York University School of Law, a Bachelor of Laws from the National University of Singapore, and a Bachelor of Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
