Jia Ying Lim

Jia Ying Lim is a Manager at the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) within the Goods and Services Tax Department, with prior experience as a Tax Officer. Jia Ying held multiple leadership positions in the NTU Tax Advisory Club, serving as Vice President and Business Development Director. As an IRAS intern, Jia Ying managed taxpayer inquiries related to Goods and Services Tax and collaborated with the Compliance Strategy and Insights Division to enhance service delivery. Jia Ying also participated in the GovTech Singapore mentorship program and contributed to youth tax awareness initiatives while completing an audit internship at UHY Lee Seng Chan & Co. Jia Ying holds a Bachelor of Accountancy with a Second Specialisation in Predictive and Forensic Analytics from Nanyang Business School.
