Steve Kern

Steve Kern is a seasoned mortgage professional currently serving as a Certified Mortgage Planner at Guild Mortgage since December 2022. With extensive experience in the industry, Steve has been with Inlanta Mortgage since 1998, also holding the title of Certified Mortgage Planner and NMLS# 248460. Steve specializes in a variety of mortgage programs, including Conventional, FHA, VA, and FHA 203K products, working diligently to help clients realize their homeownership dreams. Prior experience includes roles as a Loan Officer at TCF Financial Services from August 1997 to December 1998 and at Firstar Bank from June 1996 to August 1997. Steve holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Southwest Minnesota State University, where studies were completed from 1992 to 1996.
