Jermie Howell has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and leadership development. Jermie currently serves as the Owner and Executive Coach/Trainer/Keynote Speaker at Lighthouse Leadership since January 2020. In 2021, they took on the role of Director of Human Resources and Leadership Development at Inline Electric & Lighting. Prior to this, they worked at Lozier Corporation as a Human Resources professional from February to July 2021. From July 2014 to November 2020, Jermie served as the Human Resources Director at Madison County Commission. Jermie'slongest tenure was at the U.S. Space & Rocket Center, where they held the position of Human Resources Director from April 2001 to July 2014. Beginning their career, Jermie worked at Charter Communications as a Branch Manager from February 1999 to April 2001.
