Pascal Gautheron has extensive work experience, starting in 1988. Pascal founded Fimadev and worked as the Dirigeant Fondateur. Pascal also served as the PDG of Centre Relations Clients, Gérant principal of Inlingua, PDG of Fimainfo, and PDG of Excelliance. Additionally, they held leadership positions at MEDEF CÔTE D'OR, serving as the President from 2006 to 2012, and later as the President d'honneur. In 2004, they became the President of Stade Dijonnais Rugby, a role they held until 2017. In 2017, they were appointed Chevalier by the Ordre National du Mérite.
Pascal Gautheron attended ICG INM and the Institut National du Marketing, but the exact years of their education are not provided. Pascal obtained a DESS degree in gestion from ICG.
