Francis (Pengcheng) F. has extensive work experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, beginning with a Postdoc to Senior Scientist role at Servier from 2013 to 2015. Francis(Pengcheng) then moved to Shanghai Bensheng Pharmaceutical as an Associate Director of Biology from 2015 to 2017. During this time, they also held a Director of Preclinical Research role at HJB from 2017 to 2018. In 2018, they were a Senior Director of Preclinical Research at Transcenta. In 2019, they moved to Inmagene Biopharmaceuticals 创驰生物, where they held the role of Senior VP of Operations, Non-clinical Development and GM of HZ R&D Center and VP of Non-clinical Development and GM of Hangzhou Site.
