Karen Briscoe

Karen Briscoe is a seasoned real estate professional and business coach currently serving as a Partner at HBC Group @ SERHANT since July 2025. With extensive experience, Karen has authored several books including "Real Estate Success" and the "Commit to Get Leads 66-Day Challenge®," focusing on lead generation and success strategies. As the host of the "5 Minute Success" podcast, Karen engages with successful entrepreneurs to share transformative insights. Additionally, Karen has contributed to industry publications such as Inman News and holds a real estate license in Virginia, while also having served as a director and lay leader at Trinity United Methodist Church. Karen's education includes a Master's degree from Southern Methodist University and an undergraduate degree from Stephens College.
