Jim Duncan

Jim Duncan has a range of work experience in various roles and industries. Jim began their career at ATCOM Business Technology Solutions in 1998, where they worked in sales until 2003. Jim then transitioned to UNC Charlotte, where they worked as an Athletic Foundation Development employee from 2010 to 2011. Following this, they joined Novant Health in 2011 and held multiple roles, including Strategic Sourcing Assistant, Customer Service Representative, and Non-Catalog Buyer. During their time at Novant Health, Jim played a crucial role in developing the Bill Only process and reducing non-catalog spend. In 2016, they joined Inmar as a Senior Procurement Analyst and Buyer, and they continue to work in this position.

Jim Duncan earned their Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where they studied from 1986 to 1991. In addition, they have obtained a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification from Inmar, although the specific month and year of its acquisition are unknown.
