Laura O'Steen has extensive work experience in various leadership roles within the retail and media industry.

Starting in 2004, Laura worked at MARS Advertising, where they began as an Assistant Account Executive and progressively advanced to roles such as Account Executive, Senior Account Executive, Operations Manager, and Manager of Client Service. In these positions, they managed client relationships for major brands like Pfizer and Chattem, developed shopper marketing programs, and executed promotional campaigns for various accounts.

In 2013, Laura joined Collective Bias as a Director of Client Services and later became a Team Leader before being promoted to Vice President of Client Services. At Collective Bias, they played a key role in the development and implementation of their innovative Shopper Social Media platform, which connects influencer content with target audiences to generate tangible results for retailers. Laura'sexpertise in influencer marketing and campaign management contributed to the company's recognition as one of Forbes' "Most Promising Companies".

Currently, Laura holds the position of Vice President of Retail and Media Client Services at Inmar Intelligence, a company that offers advanced analytics and technology-enabled solutions to address industry challenges. Laura previously served as the Vice President of Operations, Intelligent In-Store Solutions and the Vice President of Client Services at Inmar, demonstrating their capabilities in overseeing operations and providing exceptional customer service.

Laura O'Steen earned a Bachelor's degree in Communications and Advertising from Michigan State University, which they attended from 2000 to 2004. In addition, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (ICYB) certification from Inmar in May 2019.
