Prior to this role, Mike held various titles such as Program Manager, Director of Operations, and Operations Manager at Inmarsat Government. Mike's dedication to fitness is evident through their roles as a Level 2 Coach at both Capital MMA & Elite Fitness and CrossFit Reston. Mike's solid foundation in leadership and public administration, with a B.S. in Public Administration and an MBA in Executive Leadership from James Madison University, further enhances their skills and capabilities in their current role.
