Iain Greer

Iain Greer has extensive work experience, with their most recent role being Director of Programme and Product Delivery at Inmarsat since September 2022. Prior to that, they served as Head of Programme Delivery - Intelligent Infrastructure at Network Rail from July 2019 to September 2022, where they led a £500m digital transformation program.

From February 2015 to July 2019, Greer worked at Rolls-Royce as a Programme Executive - Nuclear & Energy, leading a team of 20 people and overseeing the delivery of a £500m program.

Before that, they were a Management Consultant at aczel&co from May 2013 to February 2015, focusing on business management, strategy, and operations in the Energy, Infrastructure, and Aerospace & Defence sectors.

Greer also gained experience at BAE Systems, where they held various project manager roles from August 2009 to May 2013, working on major infrastructure initiatives in the energy, IT, construction, and service delivery sectors.

Additionally, they worked as a Project Manager at BAE Systems Saudi Arabia from August 2011 to September 2012 and as a Mechanical Engineer at AECOM from April 2007 to April 2009.

Iain Greer completed their Masters in Mechanical Engineering from Heriot-Watt University between 2004 and 2009. Iain also pursued an EMBA Global degree in Business Administration and Management from both Columbia Business School and London Business School from 2015 to 2017.
