John Broughton

John Broughton started their work experience as a Group Leader Aeronautical System Development at Inmarsat in 1995. John then joined EMS Technologies Satcom in 2007 as Vice President of Product Development. In 2011, they became the Director of Product Management at Honeywell Aerospace. John returned to Inmarsat in 2015 as the Director of Bid Management. Over the years, they held various senior vice president roles at Inmarsat, including Aviation Technology, Aircraft Operations and Safety Services, Safety and Operational Services, and currently, they are the Senior Vice President of Aviation Technology. John Broughton retired in October 2023.

John Broughton studied Electrical and Electronics Engineering at McGill University. The start and end years of their education are not provided.
