Christian Lampon

Christian Lampon has had a diverse range of work experience. Christian most recently served as the Vice President of Product Management at Inmediata Health Group, a position they took on in October 2021. Prior to this role, Christian was the Product Development Manager at the same company from March 2021 to October 2021.

From September 2018 to March 2021, Christian worked as an Enterprise Agile Coach at Inmediata Health Group, where they were responsible for overseeing the organization's agile transformation and improving key performance indicators related to product development.

Before that, from August 2015 to September 2018, Christian was a Senior Scrum Master at the same company. In this role, they played a crucial part in transitioning the company from traditional waterfall project management to agile scrum methodology.

Prior to joining Inmediata Health Group, Christian worked at JRS Systems, Inc. as a Network Administrator from January 2006 to September 2008. During this time, they were in charge of planning and implementing IT solutions for clients, managing budgets, and configuring network systems.

Christian Lampon attended Universidad del Sagrado Corazón from 2000 to 2003, where they studied Management Information Systems. Christian did not obtain a degree during this period. In terms of additional certifications, Christian obtained the Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC) certification from ICAgile in July 2018. In February 2015, they also obtained the Scrum Master certification from Scrum Alliance.
