José M. Rodríguez Trinidad has worked at Inmediata Health Group as a Product Operations Analyst since November 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Inmediata Health Integrated Solutions, where they held various roles.

From April 2018 to January 2020, José worked as a Market Research Analyst. José M. then transitioned to the role of Business Analyst from October 2015 to March 2018. During this time, their responsibilities included developing brand strategies and statistical systems, providing strategic consulting, and conducting sales training and presentations.

From November 2013 to October 2015, José served as a Sales & Marketing Product Specialist. José M. was involved in developing business plans, sales strategies, and providing product training to the company's staff.

Before this, José worked as a PMS & QA Specialist from June 2009 to November 2013, and in Customer Service from July 2007 to June 2009.

Méndez University System USA between 2020 and 2022. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Pre-Medicine/Pre-Medical Studies from Caribbean University-Bayamon from 2008 to 2013.

Currently, José is pursuing a Doctor's Degree in Management Information Systems, General at UAGM - Universidad Ana G. Méndez, starting in 2022. Additionally, they have enhanced their skills through a certification as a Certified Scrum Product Owner from the Scrum Alliance and a verified certificate for Analyzing and Visualizing Data with Power BI from edX.
