August Baumgartner Neto

August Baumgartner Neto has a diverse range of work experience in project management coordination, functional test leadership, specialist, and architecture roles. August has worked at companies like Inmetrics, ExcelChip, SIMA, POLI Júnior, and Universidade de São Paulo. Throughout their career, they have been involved in various client projects, including those with Santander, Rede, ISBAN, Bovespa, Serasa, Cielo, and Banco Cruzeiro do Sul. Their responsibilities have included leading QA analysts, mentoring and coaching, improving internal processes, identifying new business opportunities, creating test strategies, planning and controlling test mass, defining functional test scopes, coordinating teams, analyzing software under test documentations, creating transaction scripts, executing interface files tests, participating in RFPs and POCs, estimating sales prices, and more. Additionally, they have experience in circuit simulation, lighting model development, database administration, and stress testing.

August Baumgartner Neto obtained a Master's Degree in Computer Software Engineering from USP - Universidade de São Paulo from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, they completed their Graduation in Mechatronic Engineering from the same university from 2006 to 2010.

In addition to their formal education, August has obtained several certifications. In 2018, they became a Six Sigma Yellow Belt from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile and also achieved the Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC) certification from the same institution. August also obtained the Agile Tester (CTFL-AT) certification from BSTQB - Brazilian Software Testing Qualifications Board in 2018. In 2017, they obtained the ITIL Foundation Level certification from EXIN your ICT competence partner. Their earliest certification, the Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL), was acquired from BSTQB - Brazilian Software Testing Qualifications Board in 2011.
