Josh Skinner is an experienced professional in technical customer success, currently serving as the Director of Program Architecture at InMoment since February 2020. With a strong focus on customer onboarding initiatives, Skinner applies best practices in technology application and leads critical migration projects integral to business growth. Prior roles include directing multiple teams at InMoment and MaritzCX, where Skinner established standards, developed success processes, and enhanced client engagement. With a background in implementation services and customer success management at previous organizations, including Allegiance and Harris Interactive, Skinner possesses extensive expertise in program execution, team leadership, and strategic planning. Skinner holds a degree in Psychology with a focus on Organizational Behavior and Statistics from Brigham Young University.
