Jyoti Rani has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Jyoti recently joined inMorphis as a Lead HR Executive in 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Kanban Infosystem Inc. from 2020 to 2022, where they started as an IT Recruiter and was promoted to TL. Their responsibilities included end-to-end recruitment, team management, and client coordination for Birlasoft. Before that, they worked at Hindustan Recruiters as a Human Resources Executive from 2020 to 2020 and at Bridging Money Pvt. Ltd. as an HR Executive from 2019 to 2019. Jyoti also gained experience as a Summer Trainee - Industrial Relation at Bharat heavy Electrical Ltd Haridwar in 2017, where they worked on projects related to industrial relations and labor management. Their earliest role was as a SAP HR Consultant at Cryolite India Softwares Pvt. Ltd. from 2014 to 2015.

Jyoti Rani completed their Master of Business Administration degree in Human Resource Management/Finance, General from Dr APJ Abdul Kalam University Lucknow, from 2016 to 2018.
