Meghna S. started their work experience as a Summer Intern at TPDDL in 2013 and later worked as a Summer Intern at LASTEC LAB, DRDO in 2014. In 2018, they joined Teczones LLC as an Associate Business Analyst. Currently, they are working at inMorphis as a Lead Business Analyst, specializing in consulting and implementing HR Service Delivery and IT Service Management modules.

Meghna S. completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Maharaja Agrasen Institute Of Technology, Delhi from 2011 to 2015. Following this, they pursued their Master of Technology (M.Tech.) in Power Electronics and Drives from Gautam Buddha University from 2015 to 2017. In terms of additional certifications, Meghna obtained the following: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator from ServiceNow in January 2023, Certified System Administrator from ServiceNow in July 2022, Partner Pre-Sales Specialization in Customer Service Management, IT Service Management, Now Platform, and Partner Sales Specialization in Human Resources Service Delivery and IT Service Management, all from ServiceNow in February 2022. Meghna also obtained certifications in Data Analysis Using Python and Machine Learning with Python - Level 1 from IBM in December 2020. Furthermore, Meghna received certifications in SQL Masterclass: SQL for Data Analytics, Useful Excel for Beginners, and Programming Using Python from Udemy in August 2020, and became an AMCAT Certified Electrical Engineer from Aspiring Minds in September 2014.
