Ramandeep Singh

Ramandeep Singh has extensive work experience in various leadership roles, primarily in the technology industry. Ramandeep is currently serving as the Chief Strategy Officer at inMorphis since October 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Birlasoft as the Global Practice Director from January 2021 to October 2021. Ramandeep also held the position of Practice Director & Principal Architect from July 2019 to January 2021 and Deputy General Manager & Principal Architect from December 2017 to June 2019, where they successfully scaled up the MicroFocus PPM Practice, established ServiceNow Professional Services Practice, and led a Center of Excellence.

Before joining Birlasoft, Ramandeep worked at Dell as a Senior Advisor from April 2014 to October 2017. During their tenure, they were instrumental in building and leading Dell's ServiceNow Development team and played a key role in establishing the ITSM Governance model and ITSM strategy for Dell. Ramandeep also contributed to the development and implementation of ServiceNow Shared Functional Design.

Prior to Dell, Ramandeep worked at SDG Corporation as a Technical Architect from September 2013 to April 2014 and at HCL Technologies (Infrastructure Services Division) in various roles, including Technical Specialist, Senior Specialist, Specialist, and Developer from January 2006 to September 2013.

Ramandeep'swork experience extends to their time at Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar, Punjab-India, where they served as the Lead Student Placement Coordinator from May 2004 to December 2005.

Ramandeep Singh completed their Bachelor of Technology degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Guru Nanak Dev University from 2002 to 2006. Prior to that, they attended Khalsa College from 2000 to 2002. Before entering college, they studied at D.A.V. Public School from 1989 to 2000.

In addition to their formal education, Ramandeep Singh has obtained several certifications. In 2015, they received the CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) certification from the Scrum Alliance. In 2014, they completed a Business Analytics certification from Sunstone Business School. In 2013, they obtained the ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certification from ServiceNow - The Enterprise IT Cloud Company, the M101P - MongoDB for Developers certification from MongoDB, and the M102-MongoDB for DBAs certification, also from MongoDB. Ramandeep also earned the TOGAF 9 Certified certification from The Open Group, the ITIL Expert certification from EXIN, and the ITIL (2011) Intermediate (Capability Stream) - OSA, SOA, RCV, PPO certification, also from EXIN. In 2012, they obtained the ITIL 2011 MALC certification from EXIN and the SeviceNow Certified System Administrator certification from ServiceNow - The Enterprise IT Cloud Company. Additionally, they have completed the Cloud Computing Foundation certification and the ITIL V3 Foundation certification, although the exact dates of completion are not provided for these certifications.
