Daniel Burkons is a senior director of Institutional Property Advisors (IPA), a division of Marcus & Millichap. Daniel and his business partners oversee IPA’s Midwest multifamily operations. He is one of the original founders of Marcus & Millichap’s Cleveland office, where he and his team have surpassed 45,000 units sold across 14 states totaling over $2 billion.
Having close family ties to Parkinson’s, Daniel was a founder of the Parkinson’s Pals organization that raised money for research. He is very involved giving his time and energy to the Parkinson’s community and has a passion to beat the disease and improve life for people affected. He earned a bachelor of arts degree in history from the University of Michigan and is a member of the Commercial Real Estate’s CCIM Institute.

Through evidenced-based exercise, expressive therapies, support, and education, their holistic integrated approach has proven to enhance both mind and body. Their data show that, in aggregate, people who participate regularly in their exercise programs can slow the progression of their disease.
