Joel Salon recently retired after practicing dentistry in Greater Cleveland for 37 years. He is past president of the Ohio Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, Heights Dental Study Club and the Alpha Omega Dental Fraternity, Cleveland Chapter. Previously Joel taught for the Mount Sinai oral surgery program and Case Western Reserve University’s School of Dental Medicine.
Joel is a graduate of Indiana University School of Dentistry and Indiana University School of Medicine. He has served on committees for Mount Sinai Hospital, Hillcrest Hospital, the American Heart Association, PIE Insurance, and B'nai Jeshurun Congregation.

InMotion is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization serving people with Parkinson’s disease (PD) and their care partners. Through evidenced-based exercise, expressive therapies, support, and education, their holistic integrated approach has proven to enhance both mind and body. Their data show that, in aggregate, people who participate regularly in their exercise programs can slow the progression of their disease.
