Kelly Albin serves as Corporate Counsel at The Sherwin-Williams Company, supporting the areas of corporate governance, securities, finance, and general corporate commercial transactions. Kelly earned her undergraduate degree in finance from John Carroll University and a law degree from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law.
Kelly was a member of the Board of Directors of Shaking with Laughter, a local nonprofit organization with a mission to fund research to help find a cure for Parkinson’s disease. She also served on the Board of Directors of Front Steps Housing and Services and co-chaired the organization's largest annual fundraising event. She is a member of the Board of Directors and Treasurer of the Association of Corporate Counsel, Northeast Ohio Chapter, and is a mentor for College Now.

InMotion is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization serving people with Parkinson’s disease (PD) and their care partners. Through evidenced-based exercise, expressive therapies, support, and education, their holistic integrated approach has proven to enhance both mind and body. Their data show that, in aggregate, people who participate regularly in their exercise programs can slow the progression of their disease.
