ASTHA SHRIVAS

Astha Shrivast has a wide range of work experience, starting from 2016. In 2016, they interned at ONGC in the legal department, where they wrote legal reports, assisted with research and drafting for contract cases and arbitration cases, and researched topics related to Contract Act, Company Law, and Partnership Act & Sales of Goods Act. Later that year, they interned at Triyama Legal, where they dealt with property matters and criminal cases, filed cases in district court, and drafted and briefed on District Court Cases at Pune. In 2017, they interned at Justice Manojit Bhuyan, where they researched on case laws for ongoing cases and judgments delivered by the Honorable Judge, and researched on the history of reservation and Supreme Court Cases laws on it. ASTHA also interned at L.R.Swami Co., where they worked in the field of Patent and Trademark application for startups and established companies in Bangalore, filed applications, and drafted replies for previously filed applications. In 2018, they interned at Advani & Co., where they were involved in criminal and arbitration cases, drafted counter affidavits for the Writ Petitions of Delhi High Court, and researched sections of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 along with the latest Amendment Act of 2015 and old Acts of 1840 & 1940. In 2019, they worked as a Legal Trainee at National Mineral Development Corporation (Nmdc), where their work area included Contract reviewing, vetting and drafting, and they were involved in the tendering process and various legal documents. In 2020, they worked as a Business Development Manager at Mastree, where they built sales pipelines through outbound calls both in the National and International Market, ideated and implemented marketing and sales strategy after thorough market research, and identified and closed deals with new partners for affiliation. ASTHA also worked as an Editor for IP Blog at IP Assisto, where they managed a team of writers and worked on building the blog post. Lastly, in 2021, they worked as a Brand Alliance Manager at MyGate, where they curated campaigns for lead generation, product launch and customer acquisition, planned partnership campaigns with brands in order to increase their visibility, and handled end-to-end campaign management for various brands. Astha Shrivast is currently working as a Marketing Manager at InnAccel since 2022.

Astha Shrivastava has an education history that includes a PG Diploma in Media Law from the National Academy of Legal Studies & Research (NALSAR) University Hyderabad (2020-2021), a Legum baccalaureus in Law from the Hidayatullah National Law University, Raipur (2014-2019), and Krishna Public School (2012-2014). ASTHA has also completed courses at The Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
