Sharlene Mulchandani

Sharlene Mulchandani has held various roles in the past. Sharlene began their career in 2014 as a Team Leader at AIESEC India. In 2012, they co-founded Treats & Sweets, a mini baking company, with a friend, where they set up stalls at various exhibitions held at hotels across the city for two years. In 2017, they became a Certified Starbucks Barista at Marriott International, where they trained new team members with positive reinforcement and respectful, encouraging coaching, as well as looking after store maintenance and appearance. In 2018, they were a Market Research Analyst at Innago.

Sharlene Mulchandani holds a Master of Science in Marketing from the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Ness Wadia College of Commerce, Pune University, where they studied Business Administration and Management, General.
