Dr. Aditya Dalakoti

Dr. Aditya Dalakoti has a diverse range of work experience in the field of semiconductor and ASIC design. Dr. Aditya is currently working at Innatera as a Principal Engineering Manager since March 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Application Specific Integrated Circuit Manager from April 2022. Dr. Aditya also worked as a Staff Mixed Signal ASIC Designer from May 2021 to April 2022 and as a Senior Mixed Signal ASIC Designer from September 2020 to May 2021.

Before joining Innatera, Dr. Dalakoti worked at TechnoReady as an Educational Advisor starting from September 2020. In this role, they provided consultation on educational curriculum development and ASIC design issues. Dr. Aditya also delivered guest lectures on various areas of the semiconductor and ASIC design industry.

Earlier in their career, Dr. Dalakoti worked at Continental, starting as an Intern Custom Digital ASIC Design Engineer from June 2018 to August 2018. Dr. Aditya then progressed to the position of Senior Custom Digital ASIC Design Engineer from September 2018 to May 2019. Dr. Aditya also held the role of Senior Technical Specialist - Digital ASIC from June 2019 to August 2020, where they were responsible for setting up and managing the complete RTL to GDS flow.

Dr. Dalakoti's work experience also includes a role as a Graduate Research Assistant at UC Santa Barbara, where they contributed to research projects from October 2014 to June 2018. Additionally, they completed an internship at Aston University in 2013, providing him with practical industry experience.

Dr. Aditya Dalakoti obtained their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Ropar, from 2010 to 2014. Dr. Aditya then pursued a Master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering at UC Santa Barbara from 2014 to 2016. Subsequently, they completed their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Mixed Signal VLSI from UC Santa Barbara from 2014 to 2018. Prior to their university education, Dr. Dalakoti completed their Senior School education at Modern School, Barakhamba Road, Delhi, India from 2008 to 2010.
