Lea Baez

Lea Baez currently serves as the Director of Product Development at INNBEAUTY PROJECT since March 2023. Prior experience includes roles such as Manager of the Skincare Lab at Oxygen Development and Group Leader/Senior Chemist at Shiseido Americas Corporation. Additionally, Lea held the position of Senior Research Development Chemist at Shiseido Japan for a brief period. Previous employment also includes positions as Applications Scientist at Croda, Development Chemist and Chemist at Avon Products, and Research Associate/Patent Coordinator at L'Oréal. Lea Baez completed a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry from Fairleigh Dickinson University between 2001 and 2005.
