Holli Hornlien

Associate Director, Work Of Art at Inner-City Arts

Holli Hornlien has a diverse range of experience in various roles within the arts and education sectors. Holli began their career as an Adjunct Faculty at Solano Community College, where they taught acting classes and led theater productions. Holli then transitioned to a Program Coordinator role at SYT, a division of Solano College Theatre, where they oversaw all administrative aspects of productions and managed personnel. Following this, Holli served as the Program Director at Solano Youth Theatre, where they acted as the producer, artistic director, and operations manager. Holli also worked as a Programs Manager at Inner-City Arts, where they provided daily direction and support for various arts education programs. In their most recent role as Associate Director of Work of Art at Inner-City Arts, Holli successfully developed and facilitated a college and career exploration program for creative teens. Additionally, Holli is an accomplished dancer who was awarded the title of United States National Latin Ballroom Champion and World Bronze Medalist.

Holli Hornlien has a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Theatre/Theater from Emerson College, a BFA degree in Musical Theatre from the Boston Conservatory at Berklee, and a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Acting from Emerson College.
