D'Nisha Harris is an experienced educator with a career spanning over two decades, currently serving as a Teacher at ICEF Public Schools since December 2011, responsible for math and science instruction in a middle school setting. D'Nisha has also taught elementary students in grades K-5, developing lesson plans and providing a comprehensive instructional program in various subjects. Prior experience includes serving as Principal at Crescendo Charter Schools, overseeing a K-4 public charter school, and teaching at Compton Unified School District, where responsibilities included maintaining order and evaluating student performance. D'Nisha holds a Master of Science in Educational Leadership from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from San Diego State University.

ICEF was one of the first charter school management organizations to open in Los Angeles, and quickly became a leader in raising the achievement levels of African-American and Latino/Hispanic students in the State of California.
