Laura Hayes

Laura Hayes has a diverse work experience in the education sector. Laura is currently the Director of Alder WIDE Teacher Residency at ICEF Public Schools. Prior to this, they worked as a Specialist in CTE Linked Learning at the Los Angeles Unified School District from July 2020 to January 2022. From July 2019 to July 2020, they served as a Senior Associate at Performance Fact, Inc. Laura also has experience at Leadership Public Schools, where they held multiple roles including Principal (July 2016 - July 2019), Academic Dean (June 2015 - July 2016), and High School Mathematics Teacher (August 2014 - June 2015). Before that, they worked as a 9th grade Algebra I Teacher at the Oakland Unified School District from August 2008 to June 2014. Laura also has experience as a Corps Member Advisor at Teach for America from April 2010 to August 2010.

Laura Hayes received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2004 to 2008. Laura later pursued a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree in the Principal Leadership Institute at the University of California, Berkeley from 2014 to 2015.
