Lissette Roman

Lissette Roman is an experienced educational leader currently serving as Chief of Staff at Bridging Cultures Group Inc. since August 2023. Previously, Lissette held the position of Founding School Director/Culture Lead at Hebrew Public from July 2021 to August 2023. Prior roles include School Director and Dean of Instruction at Ascend Public Charter Schools from July 2016 to June 2021, and Director of Development at Hawaii Theatre Center between June 2014 and June 2016. Lissette began professional development in education with Teach For America, where responsibilities included Manager, Development, and Instructional Mentor from September 2008 to June 2014. Lissette holds a Master's degree in Education from Touro University California.
