Inner Realms Center is a clinically supported ibogaine and 5-MeO-DMT treatment center dedicated to helping individuals create meaningful and lasting change.
Founded over a decade ago in Vancouver and now based in Mexico, IRC combines medical expertise, therapeutic experience, and compassionate care for people navigating addiction, trauma, depression, and emotional dysregulation. Every participant is met as a whole human being. Our team takes time to understand their history, intentions, and deeper patterns before designing a personalized treatment plan focused on safety, clarity, and transformation. Medical screening is completed in each participant’s home country, followed by physician-reviewed evaluations and continuous monitoring throughout the process. IRC’s approach extends beyond the medicine session. Preparation, emotional support, and integration are woven into every step, creating a grounded environment where participants feel respected and guided with sincerity. Led by Clinical Director Garyth Moxey and Program Director Blair Bromley, IRC brings more than ten years of direct experience working with complex cases involving addiction, trauma, and treatment-resistant conditions. Participants from the United States, Canada, and Europe describe the experience as deeply human, structured, and supportive. Our mission is simple: to offer a safe, ethical, and compassionate space for individuals ready to explore their inner world and create sustainable change.
