Kacy Kilpatrick

Kacy Kilpatrick has extensive experience in the field of residential therapy and human resources. Kacy served as the Operations Director at InnerChange from February 2009 to September 2013, and previously as the HR Director at New Haven Residential Treatment Center from April 2000 to April 2007. Currently, Kacy holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at InnerChange: Trusted Residential Therapy.
