Tracy Holland is a seasoned entrepreneur with extensive experience in the beauty and consumer packaged goods sectors. As Co-Founder of InnerFifth since July 2020, Tracy has created a community for female founders generating over one million dollars in annual revenue, fostering connections and growth through shared wisdom. Tracy also founded Goodwill Brands, LLC, in April 2020, a platform focused on acquiring and accelerating women-founded brands. Previously, Tracy served as Executive Chairman and Founder/CEO of HATCHBEAUTY Brands, where innovation in beauty product development was a key focus. Additional leadership roles include President of Bravo Port Retail Management Group and Vice President of Sales at Aquis. Tracy holds a Master's degree in Organizational Development from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a Bachelor's degree from San Francisco State University.
