I’m Kristi Goins, founder of InnerShift Consulting.

At InnerShift Consulting, I help organizations engage frontline employees by using change communication strategies that increase connection, morale, productivity, and retention.

Warehouse, manufacturing, and field employees often learn last about new initiatives but experience their impact first. Traditional communication and survey methods focus on desk-based teams and ignore frontline perspectives. This disconnect lowers morale, increases turnover, and wastes opportunities.

I close this gap through frontline communication reviews, employee listening programs, and change management support, ensuring every employee is heard. These solutions help organizations reduce costly turnover and disruptions by addressing frontline concerns quickly. Leaders gain real-time insights, accelerate initiative adoption, and build lasting trust, resulting in higher engagement and greater operational efficiency.

When employees are informed and included, organizations transform from within.

Empower your frontline. Start your innershift.
