Ernesto Salas

Ernesto Salas has extensive experience in industrial and product design, currently serving as a partner at FREDICUS since 2014, specializing in design development for emerging and disruptive tech startups. Salas is also a founding member of InnerSpace, contributing to innovative design initiatives since January 2016. Previously, at Kobo Inc., from February 2013 to June 2016, Salas led product design for the company's Ereaders and devices, developing a new design language and strategy. Other notable roles include design director at Eventscape from July 2005 to February 2013, where Salas directed creative projects in branding and advertising, and experience as a retail experience designer at DDB Canada. Early career positions include junior POP/display designer at Somerville Merchandising Inc. from June 2000 to June 2001 and various contract roles at SID LEE from December 2011 to February 2014.
