With extensive experience as Managing Partner and Board Director at both Innerspace Counseling and Serene Mind, Shah emphasizes strategic visioning, operational excellence, and the integration of AI/ML tools. Prior roles include Head of Global Centers of Excellence for Innovation & Insights at Spotify and Senior Manager of Consumer & Market Insights at Samsung Electronics America, where Shah cultivated user-centric strategies and cross-functional leadership in product development. Shah's background in research spans notable positions at Ipsos and Sony Electronics, combined with academic credentials including an M.B.A. in Marketing from Montclair State University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and English from Rutgers University.

Our Purpose, Mission, & Vision: We believe that balance can be found within when we are cared for and empowered. It is the mission of Innerspace Counseling to unlock balance within the mind by providing high levels of care to those needing intensive support. It is through this mission that we hope to realize our vision of holistic wellness for all. Mental Health IOP & PHP Specialists: Our Intensive Outpatient programs treat youth ages 8+, teens, and adults. Our Partial Care programs treat teens and adults. We are a primary mental health and co-occurring substance use treatment facility. Each of our all-inclusive programs include an individualized assessment and psychiatric evaluation, individual counseling, group therapy, medication management, and family sessions. Our elite team of board certified psychiatrists and licensed clinicians feel strongly that no individual is an island, and no issue can be treated in isolation. Through our systems based and comprehensive approach, we will work with our clients, and their families, to create lasting change. Whether you are suffering from depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts, co-occurring substance use, anger issues, bipolar disorder, OCD, or mood disorders, Innerspace Counseling will provide solutions by treating each and every client with a treatment plan tailored to their needs.
