Prior roles include Director of Gas & Microgrid Sales at mtu solutions and Managing Director CEO at Man Diesel & Turbo Argentina, where Carsten successfully led company transformations and established strategic partnerships for power generation projects. Carsten's expertise spans the complete development of renewable energy projects, achieving significant project values, and building profitable organizations. Academic qualifications include advanced management programs from Saïd Business School, WHU, and St. Gallen Business School, along with a Master of Science in engineering from Polytechnics Hamburg.
