Dominik Gintsberger

Dominik Gintsberger is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in technical architecture, service management, and application operations. Since December 2018, Dominik has served as a Technical Architect and Platform Leader for ServiceNow at INNIO Group, previously holding the role of IT Service Manager. Responsibilities include managing industrial IT and application operations, overseeing the migration of over 100 applications, and establishing IT service management tools and processes. Prior to INNIO Group, Dominik worked as an IT Specialist at Klausner Group, where the focus was on building and supporting IT infrastructure for sawmills in Florida and North Carolina. Earlier experience includes a role as a Systems Engineer at ACP IT Solutions. Dominik is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science in Software Engineering at MCI | The Entrepreneurial School® and holds educational qualifications from HTL Saalfelden and WIFI Tirol.
